AT&T reveals Asus PadFone X specifications

After almost three months of the initial announcement, US telecom operator AT&T has finally revealed the specifications of the upcoming PadFone X device. There is still no word on the availability or pricing of the device.

According to AT&T, PadFone X comes with a 5-inch full HD 1920x1080p display and 9-inch PadFone Station with 1920x1200p resolution. It is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and features 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and microSD card slot. On the imaging front, PadFone X packs 13MP rear camera and 2MP front camera as well as a 1MP front camera on PadFone Station.

It runs on Android 4.4 and includes LTE-Advanced support, NFC, VoLTE support and HD voice.

Asus PadFone X will join the company’s growing PadFone line-up, which houses devices like PadFone mini 4.3, PadFone mini, PadFone E, Padfone Infinity, new PadFone Infinity, PadFone 2, and original PadFone.
