Google expands Play Movies availability to nine new markets

Just a day after launching Play Music in 14 new countries, Google has expanded the availability of Play Movies to nine new markets. The countries, getting Play Movies, are Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cyprus, Hungary, Iceland, Macedonia, Malta, Slovenia, Taiwan and Ukraine.

The consumers in these countries will be able to buy or rent movies in SD/ HD quality from the available portfolio, which is a mix or local as well as foreign movies in every market.

Android users can now head over to Play Store on their devices to check out Play Movies collection. Also, you will need to download Play Movies & TV app to access your Play Movies library.

With the latest round of expansion, Google Play Movies is now available in a total of 102 countries.
