HTC’s rumoured 4.7-inch flagship smartphone might be coming earlier than expected. Previous rumours have suggested a Mobile World Congress unveiling of the smartphone, but now a tweet from known tipster Football4PDA suggest that we might see M7 at the Consumer Electronics Shows itself.
The tipster also claims that M7 will come with on-screen Android navigation keys, not the typical hardware buttons like in previous HTC models.
By some indirect information M7 might be announced on CES event. Moreover it might have screen buttons instead of hardware touch buttons…

Earlier reports have indicated that HTC M7 will come with a 4.7-inch 1080p SoLux display with 468PPI and optical lamination technology, quad-core processor from Qualcomm, 2GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage, LTE, Jelly Bean and new Sense 5.0.
On the imaging front, the HTC M7 is said to be packing a 13MP rear camera with f2.0 lens, and 2MP front camera with 1080p shooting capabilities.
