HTC M7 to be branded as HTC One?

Advertisements

The blogosphere has been abuzz with HTC M7 leaks and rumours for the past many weeks but the final branding of the smartphone has been missing in action until today. Now, EVleaks is reporting that HTC M7 will come to the market simply as HTC One.

There is no way to confirm this, but considering the incredible record of EVleaks till now, we are inclined to believe it. HTC One branding will also go well as it already houses company’s 2012 flagship One X and company has already spent money on the marketing of the series.

Consumers are more likely to remember HTC One than any other name as they are already familiar with HTC One X, One S or One V.

There are no other details available right now.

The smartphone is all set to be announced on Feb 19 in London and New York and we will be getting the confirmation on that day only.

The rumoured specifications of the smartphone include 4.7-inch 1080p SoLux display, 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor, 2GB RAM, 4.3 ultrapixels camera, front camera and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5.0 user interface.
