If you were planning to grab the 8GB version of Google Nexus 7 tablet from Google Play, you are in for  disappointment as the 8GB version has gone out of stock.  This comes as no surprise, considering that Google is rumoured to be planning to release a 32GB version of Nexus 7 and a 3G version on October 29.

The 32GB version is likely to replace one existing variant unless Google decides to take the prices down for the existing versions. We can’t say anything certainly until the official announcement.

Google has currently listed 8GB version as “Coming Soon” on Google Play, and if you really want this one, you can put your email address and Google will let you know if 8GB version returns to Google Play.

Just to give you a quick recap, Nexus 7 was originally announced at Google I/O earlier this year and comes with 1.3GHz Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1.2MP front camera, 1GB RAM, NFC, Android 4.1.2 and 8/16GB of internal storage.

Google is also rumoured to be planning to release a Nexus 10 at October 29 event, which is being manufactured by Samsung and will have a really high-res display.
