32GB Nexus 7 appears at Office Depot, Walmart; confirmed to be priced at $249

It is pretty much certain right now that a 32GB version of Nexus 7 is going to be introduced with the price tag of $249 soon. It would have made its debut today, but Hurricane Sandy had different thoughts.

If you still need any more confirmation of Nexus 7 32GB and its price, several Office Depot stores across US have started putting up the tablet’s 32GB version for sale with the $249 price tag. Expectedly, they have also reduced the price of 16GB version to $199.

Similarly, WalMart started selling both the tablet versions on its website today with the above mentioned prices, leaving little for official confirmation.

There is no word on the fate of Nexus 7 8GB version, but seems like its end-of-life has arrived.

Google had already taken both 8GB and 16GB version from sale at Google Play, waiting the official announcement of 32GB version and the price reduction for 16GB Nexus 7.

Given the Google event is no longer happening today, we will have to wait for a few days to see search giant’s next step.

To remind you, Nexus 7 features a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 1GB RAM, 7-inch IPS HD display and front camera.
