Advertisements

Samsung Sweden has confirmed that Galaxy S II Jelly Bean update will begin rolling-out in November, which is just about 10 days away. The update is expected to be released both over-the-air and via the Kies application.

This popular smartphone from the company was originally launched with Android 2.3 on-board and since have received the Android 4.0 update.

Jelly Bean might not be a big an update as ICS, but it brings performance improvements, improved settings menu, Google Now, expendable notifications and more.

Samsung Sweden has further revealed that Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note 10.1 (aka Note 800) will also receive the Jelly Bean some time before year-end. We are pegging a December update release.
