Motorola comes to Italy for 699 Euros

Advertisements

Motorola has launched its Android 3.0 powered tablet Xoom in Italy today. Company announced that it will be available starting in May for a price of 699 Euros.

Motorola Xoom is the first Honeycomb tablets, while other manufacturers have just started launching their Honyecomb tablets. It features 1 GHz nVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 10.1 inch display, 5MP rear-facing camera for 720p video capture and 2MP front-facing camera, and a built-in gyroscope, barometer, e-compass and accelerometer.

Xoom has got mixed review and has seen fair share of criticism due to unfinished Honeycomb version in the tablet. We hope the software updates will solve the existing bugs and make it the tablet it should be.

Motorola is soon going to face pretty hard competition from upcoming tablets from Samsung, and Acer.
