SK Telecom to launch Motorola Xoom in Korea

SK Telecom today announced that it will launch Honeycomb powered Motorola Xoom in April. Telecom provider will be exclusively selling the tablet in South Korea.

Xoom is the first Android tablet running on tablet optimized Android 3.0 and features nVidia Tegra 2 Dual Core processor along with 10.1-inch widescreen HD display, 2-megapixel front camera for video chats, rear-facing 5-megapixel camera, built-in gyroscope, barometer, e-compass, and accelerometer.

SK Telecom also pointed out that it will also be selling LG’s first Honeycomb powered tablet Optimus Pad in the country. Optimus Pad is also known as G-Slate in US.
