Xperia Play, Is that the name of Sony Ericsson Playstation Phone?

Just a few hours ago, we reported that we will be seeing this gaming Android beast from Sony Ericsson in April next year, with a possible announcement at Mobile World Congress.

And, now thanks to the domain buying spree, and trademark application for Xperia Play, we can guess that Sony Ericsson will be naming their Android 2.3 powered gaming smartphone “Xperia Play”.

We have also heard that company has registered several other names too, Xperia Arc, Xperia Duo, and Xperia Neo, but I think that only Xperia Play goes with the phone theme.
