The phones which are going to receive this update are:
Xperia arc, Xperia PLAY, Xperia neo, Xperia mini, Xperia mini pro, Xperia pro, Xperia ray, Xperia active, Xperia neo V, Xperia arc S and the Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman.
In India, we have eight phones selling currently, and the update for these should start in a week or so. Exact time-frame has not been announced by Sony Ericsson till now. A similar time-line would be followed for other countries too in case of unlocked Xperia units.

Neo V already comes with Android 2.3.4, with all the features aforementioned. I’m not sure if Neo V qualifies for an update…I think SE should be looking towards rolling out ICS….than 2.3.4
What about the Xperia X10? will it get the upgrade as well?
Not just for nordic countries my xperia play got updated to 2.3.4 2 days ago, im in the UK
sony Ericsson have confirmed that ice cream sandwixh will be available to 2011 xperia phone some time early next year
Errr, i dun see any update for me Xperia Mini Pro… It always show ‘your phone is up to date’. Malaysia here. (:
You need to upgrade it through Sony Ericsson PC Companion to get the update. The updates have been rolling out in India since the 27th.

I got this update through SEMC software on 27th Oct for my xperia arc.
