Company yesterday announced Android powered Z1000 Walkman in Japan, it is a direct competitor to the likes of Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, iPod Touch and several other PMPs out there.

Sony Tablet S goes on sale in Germany

Advertisements Sony has started selling the 32GB variant of Tablet S in Germany recently. Company has priced Tablet S 32GB WiFi only model at €578.99 and it is now available. While the 16GB WiFi only version will go on sale in Mid-September for €478.99 and 16GB 3G version in late November for €599.
