Xiaomi has announced that it will launch the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ smartphone in India on January 4, 2024. The phone has already made its debut in China as a part of the Redmi Note 13 series. And while Xiaomi India hasn’t explicitly said anything about the release of Redmi Note 13 and Redmi Note 13 Pro, we expect the company to share launch plans for both on January 4.

What do we know about the Redmi Note 13 Pro+

As the phone has already been launched in China, everything about it is public. Unless the company decides to change the India unit, we expect to see the same features and specifications. But for your information, the China unit of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ features a 2.8GHz MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra processor, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 512GB of internal storage, and a 6.67-inch 1220p display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+.

Other features include a 5,000mAh battery onboard with 120W fast wired charging, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, dual stereo speakers, and a fingerprint sensor. You will get a 200MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 16MP selfie camera for your imaging needs.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ has a slightly different design from the Redmi Note 12 series, with curved front edges. The rear is particularly interesting, as seen in the image above. While two variants feature a glass back, one has a faux leather finish.

Redmi Note 13 Pro+ expected price

If the Chinese price of the phone is any indication, we can expect the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ India pricing to start from Rs. 23,000-Rs. 25,000 for the 12GB + 256GB model. You can also expect some launch offers, exchange promotions, and bank discounts. At this pricing, the Note 13 Pro+ will be one of the most expensive Redmi Note-series phones in the country. The Pro and regular Note 13 models may get more love from buyers because of their lower pricing.
