As per a post on the company’s official Facebook page, the sale will take place at 5PM on January 26 and to participate the sale, you will have to complete a few tasks given in Facebook post. If you really want the phone, here is a quick look at the tasks.
- Like this post on Facebook and share with 3 or more friends
- Submit your Flipkart registered email address once the registration link is available on 12 noon at this link.
- Log into http://www.flipkart.com at 5 PM on the same day– if you were fast enough to sign up, you will find the device in your shopping cart.
- Complete the payment on Flipkart.
To remind you, Xiaomi Mi 3 is a high-end smartphone and comes with specifications such as 5-inch full HD IPS display, Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 13MP rear camera and 2MP front shooter. The phone also packs 16GB of internal storage, 3050 mAh battery, Android 4.3-based MIUI v5 (Android 4.4 update is available). The phone carries a price-tag of INR 13,999.

The greatest negative point of this phone is it’s memory.. only 16 gb internal n no micro sd card slot
This has become absolutely ridiculous. First, flash sales and invites, now this. These companies are still taking money for these devices aren’t they?
I mean jumping through all these hoops just to be able to BUY a phone and that too an outdated device is really idiotic.
This trend should stop and consumers shall protest against these methods by not purchasing these phones.
