Lenovo introduces S580 with Snapdragon 200 for INR 8,999

Chinese smartphone maker Lenovo has announced that it is releasing the new S580 Android phone in the country. Part of the company’s S-series, the phone has been priced at INR 8,999 and will be sold exclusively via Snapdeal.com.

The Lenovo S580 sports a 5-inch HD IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor. The phone also packs 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, Android 4.3 and dual-SIM support. In addition, Lenovo has included 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 2MP front shooter, 3G, and 2150 mAh battery.

“The S580 is an amalgamation of stylish design, blazing fast processing speeds, and integrated Lenovo proprietary apps making it a unanimous choice for users looking at smartphones at a sub 10k price category,” said Sudhin Mathur, Director- Smartphones, Lenovo India.

The phone will be available in Black, Silver and Gold colour options and compete with Asus Zenfone 5, Moto G, and Android One smartphones in the country.

sd200 ?? other brands r giving octa cores and they provide this old waste processor ? they should have used sd400.
