Lenovo to unveil Vibe X2 on Sep 4 at IFA
In related news, Lenovo has sent out invites to the tech press for an IFA press event, where it will be unveiling the Vibe X2 smartphone. The invite does not reveal any details and just shows the Vibe X2 branding but previous rumours indicate the phone will feature a 5-inch FHD display, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter. It will reportedly be released in octa-core and quad-core variants but there is no confirmation at this point.
The presence of lollipop in the invite is interesting and has sparked speculation that the phone could run on Android L but we will have to wait until September 4 to get a clear picture.
