HERE team has given a decent guide to install the application in this blog post but if you have ever side-loaded an Android application on your device, you already know the process.
There is no word on the roll-out of HERE for Android in Google Play but it is possible that the app will land in the Play Store after it reaches the stable release.
To remind you, HERE for Android offers all the features that you would find in a modern navigation app including offline turn-by-turn voice direction.
In related news, HERE has also revealed that it is aware of the issue pertaining to the deletion of navigation voices for some users with cache-cleaner apps. The company has stated that it is working on a fix, which will be released in the next few weeks.
“We’ve discovered that some ‘cache cleaner’ apps accidentally delete the navigation voices in the HERE app. We’re very close to a fix, which will be released in the next weeks, but in the meantime we’d ask you not to use such apps if you want to use voice-guided turn-by-turn navigation,” HERE explained in a blog post.

Started using the app after reading about it… The same feel of the windows phone app… Precise address location… Can’t wait for it to come out of beta…
