LG has finally revealed that its home market South Korea will be the first country to get the G Watch R. This Android Wear smartwatch will be available in the country beginning October 14.

The company has still not shared the G Watch R release plans for other markets but we hope to hear from the company soon.

Originally unveiled ahead of the IFA trade fair, LG G Watch R includes a 1.3-inch circular Plastic OLED display with 320x320p resolution. The smartwatch is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and comes with 512MB of RAM, 410 mAh battery and 4GB of internal storage. It is also water and dust resistant and packs Gyro, Accelerometer, Compass, Barometer, and heart-rate sensors.

According to LG, the G Watch R will retail for 352,000 won ($329) in the South Korean market and will work with all Android 4.3+ devices like other Android Wear products.

To remind you, G Watch R is the second Android Wear device from LG. The first one was the LG G Watch, which is already available in markets across the globe.
