According to Asus, it is only releasing the 16GB Wi-Fi and 32GB LTE version in the market at this moment. There is no word on whether the 32GB Wi-Fi version will ever make it to the open-market.
To remind you, Nexus 7 (2013) features 7-inch 1920x1200p display, 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, 16/ 32GB of internal storage, and Wi-Fi. The tablet also comes with 5MP rear camera, 1.2MP front camera, and Android 4.3 (Android 4.4 update available).
