Samsung launches Galaxy S Duos 2 in India for INR 10,990

Almost a week after Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 went on sale in the country, Samsung India has officially announced the arrival of this smartphone. The company today sent out a press release confirming the launch of this Galaxy S Duos successor for INR 10,990.

According to Samsung, Galaxy S Duos 2 is now available in two colour options at all major mobile retailers across the country.

“Especially created for the Indian market, the Galaxy S Duos 2’s regional language support enables consumers to access apps from the Samsung Application Store in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Marathi and Gujarati. Customers can experience popular apps such as ChatOn, Facebook, Gmail and Newshunt in their own language right away. The apps that support Indian languages are available across various categories ranging from entertainment, games, utility, lifestyle, devotional and business,” Samsung noted in a press release.

To remind you, Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 features 4-inch WVGA display, 5MP rear camera, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 768MB of RAM, dual-SIM support, 3G and Jelly Bean.
