Snapdragon 800-powered Galaxy J launching outside Japan?

Advertisements

A sighting of Samsung’s Galaxy J smartphone on Taiwanese telecom regulator website has fueled reports of the possible international release or at-least Taiwan launch of this Japan-only smartphone.

There is no confirmation at this point but the appearance of SGH-N075T (a variant of SGH-N075 aka Galaxy J) on regulator website suggests that Samsung could be planning to launch the device outside Japan. At this point, Taiwan or China release seems more plausible than a broader international launch.

We are actively tracking the story and will let you guys know if anything new pops up.

To remind you, Samsung Galaxy J is currently sold on NTT Docomo and comes with features like Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, microSD slot, 5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 2600mAh battery, and Android 4.3.
