It is no secret that Samsung is soon going to roll-out Android 4.3 update for Galaxy Note II smartphone and we even saw a lucky Note II user getting Android 4.3 from a Samsung service center in India. Now, an Android 4.3-based Galaxy Note II software build meant for India has leaked online.
