The update seems to have already started reaching users and at least one Nexus 7 user has got it. We will update the post as soon as we get hold of the OTA links.
The company has also revealed that Nexus 7 (2012) with cellular data, Nexus 7 (2013) with cellular data and Nexus 4 will get the update soon. The company has not given an exact date but it should be arriving soon.
To remind you, Android 4.4 brings several improvements and UI changes including cloud print support, revamped email and downloads apps, built-in QuickOffice, and more.
