Google brings Play Books & Play Music All Access to more countries

Update (July 19): Google has now officially announced the arrival of Google Play Books in Denmark, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Sweden. It has also added a few new countries to the list – Austria, Belgium, Portugal, and Ireland. This takes the total new additions to Google Play Books access club to thirteen countries – all from Europe.

Earlier (July 18): Continuing the expansion of Google Play content offerings in more countries, Google has now rolled-out Play Books support in nine more countries and Play Music All Access support to two more countries.

Talking about Google Play Books first, this e-Book service is now available in Denmark, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Sweden. Android as well as non-Android users in these countries will now be able to buy e-books from Google Play Books and read them across devices.

With the current roll-out, Google Play Books is now available in a total of 26 countries.  You can check out the full list at this link.

Coming to Google Play Music All Access, this music streaming service, which was announced at Google I/O earlier this year, is now available in Australia and New Zealand. These are the first two countries outside USA to get access to this service.

“You can try Play Music All Access today for free for the first month and pay only A$9.99 each month after that. Regular pricing for those who sign up after August 31 will be A$11.99 a month, with a 30-day free trial,” Google Australia noted in a blog post.

New Zealand users, who sign up for the service before August 31, will have to pay NZ$10.99 per month, late-comers will have to shell out NZ$12.99.
