Sony Xperia ZR now available in India for INR 29,990

Sony’s dust and water-resistant Android phone Xperia ZR is now available in the Indian market. The phone today started selling at online retailer Saholic for INR 29,990. Other retailers like Flipkart are still taking pre-orders but they are likely start shipping in the next couple of days.

Originally announced last month, Sony Xperia ZR offers highest level of water-resistance and can be kept it submerged in 1.5 meters of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.

To remind you, Sony Xperia ZR comes with Android 4.1, 4.55-inch 720p HD Reality display, 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor and LTE connectivity. The phone also comes with 13-megapixel rear camera with HDR, 2GB RAM, and NFC.
