Sony Xperia ZR now on pre-order in India for INR 29,990

Sony’s water-resistant Xperia ZR smartphone is ready to debut in the Indian market. The phone has appeared in pre-order listings on Flipkart and Infibeam retailers today carrying the price-tag of INR 29,990. As per these pre-order listings, Sony Xperia ZR is expected to go on sale in third-week of June.

Offering the highest-level of water-resistance for smartphones, Sony Xperia ZR was originally announced last month. It features 4.55-inch 720p display, Android 4.1 and 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor. The phone also packs 2GB of RAM, NFC, and 13MP rear camera. It is going to be sold in Black, White and Pink colours in the country.

The pricing seems to be quite decent considering the specifications of the smartphone.
