HTC Butterfly s confirmed via Taiwan launch invite

HTC Butterfly s might still be a mystery but that has not deterred the company from sending out invites for this smartphone’s local launch in Taiwan on June 19. This invite clearly states HTC Butterfly s name alongside Desire 600, which is the second smartphone set to be released in Taiwan on the day.

HTC Desire 600 has been already announced for global markets but Butterfly s remains to become official. So, unless we are going to see HTC Butterfly s for the first time at Taiwan launch, the company is likely to announce the phone in the next nine days.

According to rumours, HTC Butterfly s is expected to feature 5-inch 1080p display, Ultrapixel camera, microSD card slot. The reports also note that the phone will come with an upgraded processor and battery from the original Butterfly.
