According to online reports, Asus has started sending invites for the launch of Padfone 2 at press events Milan and Taipei. The launch event will take place simultaneously in both the cities.
There is no word on the specs in Padfone 2 or will it keep the existing setup, but rumours suggest that it will be powered by quad-core Qualcomm processor.
The original Padfone is a hybrid of phone and tablet, which can further be turned into a laptop with the help of a keyboard dock.
