Sony Xperia neo L is company’s first ICS phone

Advertisements

Sony has officially unveiled company’s first Android 4.0 smartphone in China today. Dubbed as Xperia neo L MT25i, it is a mid-range device and will succeed the already available Xperia neo and neo V.

Sony Xperia neo L features 4-inch FWVGA (854 x 480) display, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, VGA front camera, 512MB RAM, 1 GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor, 1GB of internal memory with microSD card support  and a 1,500 mAh battery. As you can see the specs aren’t earth-shattering but these should be more than enough to run ICS.

There is no word on its release in other countries right now but we hope to hear something from the company soon.
