NVIDIA Tegra 3 powered seven inch Asus tablet to cost $249

NVIDIA dropped the biggest bomb at CES so far and announced at its press conference that it is going to launch a Tegra 3 tablet in partnership with Asus that will come with Android 4.0 on-board and cost only $249. Yes, a quad core Ice Cream Sandwich tablet so cheap.

According to NVIDIA, it will come with 7 inch IPS display, industry best camera and 1GB of RAM. There is no confirmed release date right now, apart from a vague “summer”.

There are no other details available right now, but we are looking for more information and will post as soon as we get something.
