Acer teases quad core Iconia Tab A700 with 1080p display (Update)

While, we all were waiting for Acer to announce an Android tablet at its just concluded CES press conference, company just gave us a glimpse of the tablet and whisked it away.

Although Acer did not reveal the name, but it looked like the recently leaked Iconia Tab A700 and will feature a quad core processor along with a native full HD 1080p display.

Company hasn’t given any more details right now, but we are hoping to hear more soon.

Just to remind, according to previous leaks, Acer Iconia Tab A700 is coming with a 10.1 inch display, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, front camera, 9800 mAh battery, WiFi, and Bluetooth 3.0.

Update: We have more confirmed specifications, via The Verge, who has access to the tablet for a limited time hands on. AT700 is expected to be released in the market in Q2, 2012
