Updated Facebook for Android app now in Android Market

Remember two days back, we showed you the leaked screenshots of an upcoming Facebook for Android app overhaul, well that has been released today.  According to Facebook, It’s now quicker and easier to view photos, get messages and navigate around the app; Photos and albums are up to two times faster than the previous Android app.

In other changes, notifications and messages are now on the top of app screen, and there a whole new left hand menu, which gives access to News Feed, Groups, games and apps.

So, what are you waiting for, update your existing Facebook for Android app or simple download if you don’t already have.
