According to a leaked T-Mobile presentation, two high end Android smartphones from Samsung & HTC will be launched on T-Mobile’s network in United States on October 26. These smartphones are HTC Ruby and Samsung Hercules; both the devices have been leaked several times.
According to the available information till now Samsung Hercules is possibly the Samsung Galaxy S II variant for TMo, but it will come with a bigger display – 4.5″ Super AMOLED Plus screen and NFC capabilities with 42Mbps HSPA+ . Other specifications are expected to remain same as the international version of SGS II.
On the other hand, HTC Ruby will come with a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, 4.3-inch display with qHD resolution, 8 MP rear and the 2 MP front cameras, 1GB RAM, Bluetooth 3.0 and category 24 HSDPA support. A separate report from PocketNow indicated that Ruby will be branded as Amaze 4G when launched.
