Acer Iconia Tab A100 might finally land in August for USD300

After a series of delays, Acer’s 7 inch Honeycomb tablet seems to be finally going to be launched in August. According to Engadget, Acer retailers are getting notified by the company, A100 will be released in early August.

Company is trying keep the pricing attractive by selling the base model of as low as USD300, that would make it the cheapest Honeycomb tablet till now – or may be Archos will take that throne when the G9 series launches.

On the feature front, Acer Iconia Tab A100 present s a strong case with 1GHz nVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, 512MB RAM, Android 3.2, 7 inch display, 5MP camera, 2MP front camera and 8/16/32GB internal memory.
