Acer launches India’s first Honeycomb tablet Iconia Tab A500 for INR 28K

Acer today became the first company to launch a Honeycomb powered tablets in India. Company has released two models 10.1 inch model from its ICONIA Tab A series, while other models like A100 will be introduced on a later date. Company has released Iconia Tab A500, and Iconia Tab A100, while A500 will be available in the market in next two-three weeks, A100 will be available around June.

Acer Iconia Tab A500, which will be available in stores shortly, is going to be sold at an MPR of INR 27,990.  It is powered by nVIDIA Tegra 2 processor along with 1GB RAM. Other features include 5MP rear camera, 2MP front cam, 3260 mAh battery and 10.1 inch display.
