Sony S1 UK pre-orders likely from Sep 1

So the first rumors regarding the launch of Sony S1 Honeycomb tablet are here.  According to This is my Next, Sony Centers will start taking the S1 pre-orders in UK from September 1.  There is no word on pricing or the availability date, which we expect to be around mid-September.

Sony S1 tablet, which was announced earlier this year, features 9.4 inch display, nVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, Wi-Fi, 3G/4G support and is compatible with Playstation network.
