Android users sue Google; Samsung files another lawsuit in US against Apple

Two Android users in Michigan, United States have sued Google for allegedly tracking their whereabouts for which one would normally need a court ordered warrant.

They want to represent other Android users as well and seek USD 50 million in damages and a court order requiring Google to stop tracking Android users.

On the other front, Samsung continued its onslaught on Apple by filing another patent suit in United States. Company has already sued iPhone maker in three other countries in Asia and Europe.

In US law-suit Samsung is alleging that Apple has infringed 10 patents related to mobile phones, which are with Samsung.

If you don’t know, Apple was the first to sue Samsung few days back for allegedly copying iPad and iPhone designs and other things by infringing company’s patents. [More here]
