The brand will launch its first smartphone in mid-June and it will be a mid-range device with 4G LTE support. This upcoming smartphone is also said to be featuring dual rear-cameras. In addition, the phone will run on Android 5.0 with Hive UI 1.5.
Like other online-only players, Black smartphones will also be sold exclusively via an e-retailer, but the company will not follow flash-sale model. Black has also tied-up with an unnamed telecom operator to provide bundled data-offers.
XOLO executives told The Indian Express that Black will stick to one smartphone launch per quarter and will offer each smartphone for three quarters.
No other specifics are known as this point, we hope to hear from the company soon.
