nubia Z9 mini debuts in India, priced at INR 16,999

nubia Z9 miniAs we had anticipated, ZTE on Tuesday launched the new nubia Z9 mini in the Indian market. The smartphone is now available exclusively via e-retailer Amazon India at INR 16,999. You can head over to this link to order the phone now.

Part of ZTE’s nubia sub-brand, the Z9 mini smartphone comes with a 5-inch full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit processor and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with nubia UI 2.8.

Other specifications of the smartphone include 16MP f2.0 primary camera with LED flash, 8MP wide-angle front shooter, 3000 mAh battery, 4G LTE support and dual-SIM connectivity. You can check out the detailed specifications later in the report.

The smartphone will compete with the likes of Asus Zenfone 2, Xiaomi Mi 4, and OnePlus One in the country. The phone is being offered in Black colour.

  1. Don’t think this can compete with Mi4 and OnePlus One with 2 GB RAM and <2 GHz processor. This is more in the range of Mi 4i, but is 4k more expensive. Only additions being better camera and card slot. Taking the UI too into consideration, don't think this will click.
