The update is 259MB in size and brings a number of bug-fixes, select UI-tweaks, support for factory-reset protection, ART run-time performance enhancements, and usability improvements. You can check out the full change-log at the end of the report (or at this link).
This is the first major update for the phone, which was introduced in February this year. The Moto E (2nd Gen) can be grabbed in the US from Amazon, Motorola.com and other retailers in 3G and 4G versions starting $119.
