Xiaomi launches Mi Band fitness tracker in India at INR 999

In addition to the new Mi 4i smartphone, Xiaomi on Thursday announced the launch of its Mi Band fitness tracker in the Indian market. The device will be available exclusively via the company’s own webstore at Mi.com. It has been priced at INR 999 and will be available in six colour options.

Originally unveiled in China last year, Mi Band is a no frills fitness monitor and sleep tracker, which seamlessly sync data with Mi Fit companion app.

According to Xiaomi, the Mi Band sports a laser-cut aluminum alloy core and a user-replaceable hypoallergenic silicone band. It is water-resistant and includes 30-days battery life.
