Month view is back in Google Calendar for Android

Advertisements

Google has announced that it is rolling out a new version of Google Calendar for Android, which brings back the much-asked-for ‘month view’ in phones. Despite being removed from the phone version, the month-view has been available in the Android tablets.

According to Google, the Calendar app update will reach your Android devices over the next few days.

Month view allows you to quickly glance through the events scheduled in a month rather than going through each day or week-view.

In addition to the month view, the updated Calendar app also includes the following changes.

  • See the color of events when jumping to a date.
  • Easily switch views now that they are listed in the navigation drawer.
