LG has quietly released the 3G version of its G Pad 8.0 tablet in the Indian market. The tablet is now on sale at e-retailer Snapdeal.com and carries a price-tag of INR 17,999.
Originally unveiled in May 2014, the LG G Pad 8.0 tablet features 8-inch HD IPS display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 3G support. The tablet also packs 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, and 4200 mAh battery. In addition, LG has included 5MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera on the tablet.
On the software front, the LG tablet runs on Android 4.4 and comes with enhancements such as QPair 2.0, Touch & Shoot, Gesture Shot, Smart Keyboard, and Knock Code.
At the time of writing this report, only Black version of the tablet was sale at Snapdeal, but we expect to see White version to get in stock as well.
