Panasonic has introduced its first Android 5.0-powered smartphone in the form of Eluga U2. This Eluga U successor was unveiled in Taiwan earlier this week and we expect it to reach the Indian market in the coming weeks.

Coming to the specifications, the smartphone is powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor and sports 5-inch 1280x720p HD display. It also comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 2500 mAh battery and 4G LTE support. In addition, Panasonic has included a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front shooter, microSD card slot, and dual-SIM support (optional).

Panasonic Eluga U2 has been priced at NT$7990 (US$253) in Taiwan and will come in White and Black colour options. There is no word on the exact release date for other markets right now.
