Motorola’s newly announced Moto E (2nd Gen) smartphone is coming soon to the Indian market and as you can expect, it will be exclusive to e-retailer Flipkart, but what everyone is wondering about is the price of the phone. According to a video published by Motorola Mobility on YouTube, the 3G version of the phone will retail at INR 6,999 in the country, same as the last-gen Moto E, which is now available for INR 5,999.

Motorola India has already confirmed in a tweet that India will be getting the dual-SIM version of the phone. Now, the only thing that remains a mystery is whether the company will release the 4G version of Moto E (2nd Gen) in the country, which is a more powerful smartphone, thanks to the 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor on-board instead of the 32-bit Snapdragon 200 in the 3G version.

To remind you, other features of the new Moto E include a 4.5-inch qHD IPS display, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 2390 mAh battery, Android 5.0, 5MP rear camera and VGA front shooter.

We expect to see an official announcement in the coming days. Till then read more about the Moto E in the original launch report.
