Acer Iconia 7 A1-724 tablet revealed in benchmark database

Acer is getting ready to release a new version of its Iconia 7 tablet in the form of Acer Iconia 7 A1-724. The tablet will be succeeding the company’s previously launched Iconia 7 A1-713.

Spotted in GFXBench database, the new tablet will feature a 7.1-inch 1280x720p HD display, 1.2GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The tablet will also come with 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, Android 4.4.4, Wi-Fi and 3G support.

As per previously leaked press shots of the tablet, the A1-724 will also support voice-calling and front-facing stereo speakers.

There is no word on the release date or pricing at this point but the tablet is expected to be a part of the company’s budget line-up and will most likely retail around 150-180 euros.
