LG G Pad 8.3 getting Android 4.4 update in Europe & US

LG has started rolling out Android 4.4 KitKat update for G Pad 8.3 Android tablet in Europe and US. The update is now live via LG support tool in both Europe and US, while the OTA seems to be live only in Europe right now. This update takes the tablet directly from Android 4.2 to 4.4.

There is no word on the official change-log but the update is expected to include improved user-interface, immersive mode, transparent status bar, performance enhancements and more.
