There is no word on the actual availability or pricing at this moment but the phone is expected to go on sale beginning April 11, which has been touted as the global release date by Samsung.
Samsung India will most likely begin the pre-bookings for Galaxy S5 on its e-store immediately after the March 27 unveiling. It could also start displaying the phone in select Samsung experience stores the same day.
Originally introduced last month, Samsung Galaxy S5 is the company’s latest flagship smartphone. It features 5.1-inch full HD Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and Android 4.4.2. The phone also packs NFC, 16MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and 2800 mAh battery.
