No details have been revealed by Samsung on the website but it does state that the Tab 4 series will be available in 10.1-inch, 8-inch and 7-inch display sizes.

The tablets were earlier expected to be announced at MWC 2014 but that did not happen, so we are anticipating an announcement in the coming weeks.
