Motorola launches dual-SIM Moto G in Malaysia and Australia

Motorola has announced the launch of Moto G dual-SIM version in Malaysia and Australia markets. It will go on sale in both countries tomorrow i.e. January 21, 2014.

Originally released in Brazil, Moto G dual-SIM version comes with 4.5-inch 720p display, 1GB of RAM, 8/ 16GB of internal storage, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, and Android 4.3 (update to Android 4.4 incoming). The phone also packs 5MP rear camera, dual-SIM support, 1.3MP front camera and 2070 mAh battery.

Pricing:

Malaysia:  RM 698 for 8 GB and RM 798 for 16 GB

Australia: A$249 for the 8GB version, no word on 16GB version price

Motorola has not revealed whether it plans to release the single-SIM version in these countries.

In related news, Motorola is holding a press event in Dubai to launch the Moto G for the UAE market. The company is also holding a similar event two days later in Saudi Arabia.
